SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note: Choosing a faster delivery method (e.g. PostPac Priority instead of Economy) only affects the delivery time after the order has been dispatched. It does not result in faster processing or priority delivery.

Orders are usually processed and dispatched twice a week – on Wednesdays and Fridays. We normally process all orders received by the previous day. Orders received on the dispatch day itself can usually only be processed in the next dispatch batch.

SWITZERLAND & LIECHTENSTEIN

We dispatch orders within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein via Swiss Post.

Available delivery methods:
PostPac Economy (up to 2 kg): CHF 7.50
PostPac Priority (up to 2 kg): CHF 9.00

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipments are usually made via Swiss Post and include tracking.

Shipping up to a maximum total weight of 2 kg; prices are shown at checkout.

EUROPEAN UNION

For orders to the European Union with a goods value of up to €150 (net), the applicable taxes and customs duties are already included in the price shown on the product page and at checkout. You should therefore not expect to incur any additional customs or import charges.

Please note, however, that in some countries additional duties or charges may be levied by local authorities. We have no influence over such charges; they are the responsibility of the recipient.

One example of this is the French TPC (‘Taxe sur les Petits Colis’), which may be charged separately upon delivery or import.

REST OF THE WORLD

For shipments outside our customs territory, additional import duties, customs charges, taxes or handling fees may apply in the destination country. These costs are levied by the relevant authorities or shipping providers and are to be borne by the recipient.
